Removing artwork from iTunes movies?

I accidentally placed artwork on one of my movies in iTunes. I want to take it out but unfortunately whenever I delete it, it doesn’t go away. How can I take this out?
I tried to get rid of it via get info but whenever I click delete, it returns. It won’t delete.

Right click (Control click in case you are a Mac User) on the video file. Select “Get Info” in the menu that popped up. Select the “Artwork” tab in the Info window. It displays all the artworks associated with the file. Select the artwork you wish to remove and hit the button “Delete”.

If you are referring to the Custom Icon(in Mac), you can remove it via Finder. Navigate to the video file in the Finder. Right Click[Control+click] on the file and choose “Get Info”. Click on the artwork you see on Top Left corner. Then hit delete key. This will remove any custom icon set to the file.
