Jonathan Adler is known for re-inventing the art of pottery and home decor through modern collections that are influenced by fashion and pop-culture and infused with his signature wit. Jonathan Adler was born 1966 in a New Jersey farm town. In 1978 he tried pottery at summer camp while wearing a Rush concert remember them. When he came home he begged his parents to buy him a wheel and kiln. He spent most of his adolescent life in the basement of his family’s modern home throwing pots. Jonathan Adler also appeared as lead judge of “Top Design,” he is easily recognized by his use of mod shapes, vibrant colors and retro patterns that are the signature of his work today. Jonathan Adler pottery and ceramics have always been a cornerstone of haus modern living’s growth. Jonathan Adler, the lead judge of “Top Design,” has been celebrated for the mod shapes, vibrant colors and organic eye-popping patterns that are the signature of his work today.
